Sales Assistant — Paddington

You work independently to run every aspect of the store, provide excellent customer service with warmth and attentiveness, accurately handle stock operations, including picking online orders, unpacking deliveries, and maintaining an organised storeroom.

Uphold store presentation standards through regular cleaning, tidying, and merchandising support.

Contribute across all areas of the business as needed, working collaboratively with the team.

  • Requirement: 1 year of experience in retail or hospitality.

Admin / Store-coordinator — Paddington

You work from managing supplier orders, invoices, products, and inventory to supporting the shop floor when needed. This hands-on role spans both our retail stores and eCommerce, covering customer interactions, merchandising, marketing support, warehousing, order fulfilment, stock handling, and general admin. To thrive, you’ll need to be highly organised and adaptable, comfortable moving between spreadsheets with strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Requirement: 2 years experience in admin or retail operations.

Warehouse Assistant / Pick-packer — Paddington

You are responsible for accurately picking and packing, stock handling, and admin work to manage inventory and customer issues. You’ll also help transfer stock between our Paddington and Newtown stores so a valid driver’s license is a plus.

  • Requirement: 1 year of experience in warehouse / pick-pack.
  • Driver's License is a plus.
