You work from managing supplier orders, invoices, products, and inventory to supporting the shop floor when needed. This hands-on role spans both our retail stores and eCommerce, covering customer interactions, merchandising, marketing support, warehousing, order fulfilment, stock handling, and general admin. To thrive, you’ll need to be highly organised and adaptable, comfortable moving between spreadsheets with strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

You are responsible for accurately picking and packing, stock handling, and admin work to manage inventory and customer issues. You’ll also help transfer stock between our Paddington and Newtown stores so a valid driver’s license is preferred.
